Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

To register and use Drakaris Casino, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher
• Be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of Drakaris Casino or its parent company
• Not be a previously self-excluded player whose exclusion period remains active

By creating an account, you confirm all of the above. Drakaris Casino may request verification of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration

One account per person, household, device, and IP address. Multiple accounts are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, Drakaris Casino reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonus balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account information must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information during registration — including name, date of birth, or address — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit per transaction: €20 equivalent in your selected currency (AUD, USD, EUR, CAD, NOK).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Drakaris Casino may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, including government-issued ID and proof of address. Verification documents are processed as quickly as possible; delays may occur during periods of high volume.

Withdrawals with active bonus balances: if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The remaining real-money balance will be processed.

Drakaris Casino does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees charged by payment providers are outside our control.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on excluded games

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on the Drakaris Casino platform:

• Use of any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with games or the platform
• Collusion with other players in any format
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or use of funds from illegal activity
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other players

Violation of any of these conditions will result in immediate account suspension. Drakaris Casino cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required.

6. Game Malfunctions

If a game malfunctions — including disconnection mid-round, display errors, or incorrect payout calculation — the round is considered void. No winnings are payable on a malfunctioned round. If a malfunction results in an incorrect credit to your account, Drakaris Casino reserves the right to reverse the transaction.

Report malfunctions to live chat immediately. Do not attempt to exploit or continue play on a game you believe to be malfunctioning.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Drakaris Casino platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Drakaris Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drakaris Casino is not liable for losses arising from: service interruptions, third-party payment delays, user error in bonus code entry, or decisions made based on incomplete reading of these terms. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law
